The town of Umhausen is 62 km south-west of Innsbruck. The Bergheim Country house is detached and is in a cul-de-sac. The house is in a quiet. sunny position close to the town. The spacious holiday home is 120 m2 and on the first floor. It is very well kept and has a balcony which offers delightful views. The house has a terrace. a sunbathing/play area and garden furniture. There is a children s swing and sandpit. You can also enjoy table tennis. The house is next to the lady owner s children s farm. You can visit rabbits. miniature goats and chickens.
