Located a couple of miles off the beaten track at the start of the Oetz Valley. the location oozes space. calm and class. The grounds are vast. and include a great kids play area. a natural swimming lake with sunloungers. and a floodlit BBQ hut. Breakfast on the terrace to the sound of the waterfall is an idyllic way to start the day. and a relaxing sauna a great way to end it. Sautens is best known as the canyoning and rafting centre of the Oetztal. whilst the valley itself is the hiking capital of Tirol.Great for kids are the new Aqua-Dome swimming complex at Längenfeld and the Alpine Coaster in Imst
