Beatifully finished appartment in a wonderfully rural area. Located a couple of miles off the beaten track at the start of the Oetz Valley. the location oozes space. calm and class. The grounds are vast. and include a great kids play area. a natural swimming lake. and a floodlit BBQ hut. The sauna and solarium inside emphasise the quality of the accomodation. which has its own balcony facing the waterfall 600m away.The owners also run a riding school and small farm.Sautens is best known as the canyoning and rafting centre of the Oetztal. whilst the valley itself is the hiking capital of Tirol.
