Within walking distance of the charming village of Maria Alm. this spacious and recently renovated apartment for up to 6 people. The apartment is on the ground floor and is comfortably furnished. There is a large living room with an open kitchen and a very nice extended conservatory. also 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom are at your disposal. In winter you can go if enough snow to 200 meters to the front door ski. The ski bus stops outside the door. and within 200 meters you can go into the extensive cross-country trails. In summer. the beautiful outdoor pool in Maria Alm is only 300 meters away. Maria Alm is situated idyllically in the Hochkönig is summer and winter an ideal base for your holiday. Hiking. cycling. mountain climbing. mountain biking - all in the immediate vicinity. You also get a few minutes drive to Zell am See. Kaprun. Saalbach-Hinterglemm. the Grossglockner. or to Krimml to Salzburg.
