This spacious holiday home is within walking distance of the charming village of Maria Alm. The holiday home is attractively furnished. on the first floor and is suitable for a maximum of seven people. You will enjoy sole occupancy. There are three bedrooms. If you have a smaller group you can use one of the bedrooms as a living room. The separate live-in kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. When theres enough snow in winter you can ski as close as 200 metres from the house. The ski-bus stops right outside. You ll find an extensive network of cross-country ski-runs just 200 metres away. You can enjoy Maria Alm s delightful swimming pool in summer and it s just 300 metres from the house. The village is in an idyllic position by the Hochkönig Mountain. It is an ideal holiday resort in summer and winter. You can enjoy walking. cycling. mountain climbing. mountain biking and more in the immediate area. Zell am See. Kaprun. Saalbach/Hinterglemm. Grossglockner. Krimml and Salzburg are a few minutes away by car. They are all well worth visiting.
