This detached cottage-style house has a fantastic location with stunning views! The place Kötschach-Mauthen is very central and all daily necessities. such as the bakery for fresh bread or a visit to the restaurant are within walking distance. You reach the house through the garden on the south. The cottage has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a bathroom with washing machine. With the stairs you reach a big country-style living room and here you also find the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Direct from the living room the patio doors open onto a spacious balcony with views of the Carinthian Alps. Kötschach-Mauthen offers all amenities including banks. shops. supermarkets. pharmacies. bakeries and restaurants. The house is detached and quietly located. there is no through traffic. The center is about 4 minutes on foot.
