A modern house in a small modern development near the centre of Kötschach-Mauthen. As you would expect from a new house it is equipped with the most modern appliances. plus a washing machine and carport. The three bedrooms are upstairs. as is the pristine bathroom. The heating is electric. but if you use the central fireplace. you will hardly need it. Mauthen has its own family ski area. a fantastic all-year pool complex. and a World War 1 museum (the old front-line was only 15km away) as well as being the regional centre for the surrounding valleys. which stretch to the nearby Dolomites. A large ski area is at Nassfeld. 30km away.
