A wonderful traditional wooden chalet quietly located on a cul-de-sac on the edge of woodland. but only 600m from the gondola station up the Petzen mountain. Including a home-made sauna and a summer house with a roofed terrace the location and views are idyllic. Entered up a flight of steps from garden level you occupy the ground and first floor of the house - the bottom floor at car park level remains unused. Finished inside and outside in larch. which is known to have health benefits. the furnishings are traditional. but more than adequate. There is sat TV. woodburner. a modern bathroom. modern kitchen and even a pair of binoculars! This house really is an absolute treat!
