An absolutely top quality new (2011) house in a cluster of just 6 houses at the foot of the Petzen mountain. marking the border between Slovenia and Carinthia. In the basement there is the shared wellness area. with sauna and scenic relaxing area. Occupying the two floors on and above garden level are 2 appartments. Both identical in layout. but varied in decor. Each has two bedrooms. a large open plan kitchen diner and living room and a modern bathroom. The appliances are obviously brand new. as is all the furniture and the owner has paid attention to many little details in the decoration. Modern in style. but with a little bit of soul too. Just 600m to the lift.
