This 3-room apartment 90 m2 on 2nd floor is situated in the apartment block "Vista do Carmo", built in 2006 located 2 km from the centre of Câmara de Lobos, 12 km from the centre of Funchal, in a sunny position on a slope, 2 km from the sea. It has two bedrooms, a communal covered parking and is suitable for for up to five people. The living/dining room is 25 m2 with 1 sofa bed, TV and electric heater. One room is 15 m2 with 1 french bed and electric heater. The other room is 10 m2 with 2 beds and electric heater. The kitchen is 11 m2 and is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer. Two baths and toilets. You can relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea at the balcony. A washing machine and iron are available. Shop 2 km, grocers 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 10 m, sandy beach 20 km, shingle beach 2 km.
