This smallscale park, with exclusive country houses, lies next to Marina Stovoren, approx. 2 km.from the town centre.This country house, type Steile Banck, is set in spacious grounds. Garden with 11 m. privatemooring. The deluxe decor is outstandingly well kept. On the ground floor you can enjoy the hearth, watch cable-TV, a DVD or listen to the stereo with CD-player in the living room. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a combi microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and floor heating. In the recreation room you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and sauna. On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and floor heating. Two rooms with two single beds, one double bedroom with cable-TV and a stereo and one room with two single beds and cable-TV. Internet access is available, just as bicycles and a barbecue in the garden.
