Charming thatched villa within walking distance of the historic Zuiderzee town Stavoren. The villa is located in a small and peaceful park, just steps from the Frisian IJsselmeer Town Stavoren, the lock and the IJsselmeer beach. The area offers plenty of opportunities for water sports, cycling and hiking. On the ground floor you can watch TV or listen to the radio with CD-player in the living room. The open plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a separated toilet. Central heating and parking is available. On the first floor you will find four bedrooms and a bathroom, which includes a bath, shower and toilet. Three bedrooms with a double bed and one room with a single bed only. There is a barbecue in the fenced garden with garden furniture.
