This is a three bedrooms apartment of 114 m2 on 2 levels, 100 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. The house has a balcony with furniture and view of the sea, the countryside and the resort. In the kitchen there is an oven, dishwasher, micro wave, electric coffee machine and dining table. On the top floor there is the living room with sloping ceilings with satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and DVD, also the rooms has sloping ceilings. As facilities there is a washing machine, children's highchair, cot and from the house there is a view of the islands of Juist and Norderney. The house has a store for bicycles and a central heating, a parking by the house. In the area there are supermarkets 1.5 km, restaurants, bakers, cafés 50 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station Norddeich 1.2 km, ferry 1.2 km, sandy beach 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 400 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR (Visa or Mastercard) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
Please note that the compulsory service charge is the final cleaning.
Bed linen and towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 90 euros per person.
Please contact the Keyholder a few days before arrival if you wish to rent bedlinen and/or towels.
