The apartment block "Nordseestern" is located in the resort, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. The 1-room apartment 30 m2 on 2nd floor, modern and cosy furnishings. The living/dining room includes 1 double sofa bed and cable-TV (flat screen TV), radio and DVD. The balcony is on a south-west facing position and has a side view of dike from balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 hotplates, mini-oven, micro wave and an electric coffee machine. There is a children's highchair (extra) and a hall with wardrobe. There is, for shared use, a 20 m2, children's playground. In the house there is central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). The supermarket is 1.5 km away, a restaurant, bakers and café is at 100 m, a bus stop is at 800 m, railway station "Norddeich" is 1.2 km away, a ferry is at 1.2 km, a sandy beach is 100 m away, an outdoor swimming pool is at 400 m, the indoor swimming pool is just 600 m. If you have more than one car, additional parking spaces will be charged for and will not always be close to your holiday accommodation.
