The village of Katzdorf is in the middle of the Oberpfälzer Wald nature reserve just outside Neunburg vorm Wald. The village offers walking and water sports facilities along the river Schwarzach and the nearby Eixendorfer Stausee (5km). Haus Rosi is 100 meters from the river and forms part of the owners traditional holiday farm. The house offers two identically sized apartments on the ground floor and first floor. each with 2 bedrooms. Both homes share the play equipment on the large plot of land. This comprises a swing. sandpit and table tennis. The children will be able to help the owner feed the animals and play with the rabbits.
