The village of Katzdorf is in the middle of the Oberpfälzer Wald nature reserve just outside Neunburg vorm Wald. The village offers excellent walking and water sports facilities along the river Schwarzach and the nearby Eixendorfer Stausee (5km). Haus Rosi is 100 meters from the river and forms part of the owners traditional animal farm. The house offers two identically sized holiday homes on the ground floor and first floor, each with 2 bedrooms. Both homes share the play equipment on the large plot of land. This comprises a swing, sandpit and table tennis. The children will be able to help the owner feed the animals and play with the rabbits.
