Located on Tioman Island, the beachfront Sun Beach Resort offers rooms with a private patio that overlooks the greenery or sea. The property features a restaurant and a variety of recreational choices. To relax, guests can go canoeing, diving and snorkeling. Fishing and water sports activities can also be arranged. Free Wi-Fi is provided in public areas. Simply furnished, rooms are equipped with either a fan or air conditioning. Included in all units are a cosy seating area and private bathroom with a shower. Ironing facilities are available upon request. Sun Beach Café serves a wide selection of local as well as international specialities. Resort Sun Beach is a 3-minute walk from Kampung Genting Jetty and a 20-minute speed boat ride from Mukut Village and the Marine Park. It is a 2-hour ferry ride from Mersing Jetty.

Please note that the resort will contact guests directly to arrange for a 30% deposit payment. Guests are required to make deposit payment within 5 days from the date of booking.
Guests are required to settle the balance payment and a compulsory Marine Park Conservation fee (Adults: RM 5.00, Children: RM 2.00) at the Mersing office before entering the island. The office is located at:

Please note that with effect from 14 September 2012, the sole operator for ferry transfer from Mersing/Tanjong Gemok - Tioman, (Bluewater Express) has been suspended by the government. The only way to get to Tioman Island is from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang (via Berjaya Air) to Tekek Airport at Tioman. Guests are to arrange pick-up service directly with the Hotel.
