Damai Tioman Resort is a beachfront resort offering an on-site dive centre and restaurant. All rooms come with a private terrace. Free Wi-Fi is provided in public areas of the resort. It takes a 2-hour boat ride to get from Mersing Jetty to Kampung Genting Jetty on Tioman Island, and a further 15-minute walk to reach the resort. Monkey Bay is a 30-minute boat ride from Kampung Genting Jetty. Air-conditioned rooms each have an en suite bathroom with free toiletries and 24-hour hot water supply. Select rooms come with a satellite TV and tea/coffee-making facilities. Snorkelling and fishing can be done by the beach. Guests can request for sightseeing arrangements at the tour desk. A souvenir shop is available. Damai Tioman restaurant serves a selection of local and international cuisine.

Guests are required to check-in at the resort's office in Mersing Town to settle the balance payment before travelling to Tioman Island. The address is as follows:

Please note that with effect from 14 September 2012, the sole operator for ferry transfer from Mersing/Tanjong Gemok - Tioman, (Bluewater Express) has been suspended by the government. The only way to get to Tioman Island is from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang (via Berjaya Air) to Tekek Airport at Tioman. Guests are to arrange pick-up service directly with the Hotel.
