Robatakan offers public indoor hot-spring baths and a cosy lounge with a traditional Irori hearth, which is used during the winter season. Free Wi-Fi is available at the lobby and a convenience store is located a 5-minute walk away. JR Izukyu Shimoda Train Station is a 40-minute drive away. The air-conditioned rooms feature tatami (woven-straw) floors and Japanese futon bedding. Each comes with a flat-screen TV, a safety deposit box and a seating area with low tables. Some rooms come with a private toilet, while all guests share bathroom facilities. Bath towels are available for an extra charge. Luggage storage and photocopying services are offered at the front desk. Room service with drinks and rice balls can be ordered and a trouser press can be borrowed for in-room use. A washing machine can be used for an extra cost. Robatakan is a 5-minute drive from Izu Matsuzaki Marina and only a 1-minute walk from Izu Nagahachi Museum. No meals are served.
