Boasting open-air hot spring baths and historic décor, Oyado Shinshima provides traditional Japanese-style accommodation. Dogashima Marine for island cruises is a 10-minute drive away. Parking is available for free. Featuring a warm historic charm, each room comes with tatami (woven-straw) flooring and futon bedding. An LCD TV, a low table and seating cushions are provided. Rooms come with a private toilet, while bathroom is shared with other guests. Guests at Shinshima can unwind in the spacious hot spring baths, both indoor and outdoor. Some of the baths can be reserved for private use. Woodblock print artworks are displayed throughout the property, and drink vending machines are available on site. The property is a 4-minute walk from Iwashita School, a National Important Cultural Asset, and an 8-minute walk from Izu-no-Chohachi Art Museum.
