A 15-minute drive from Pilatus Ski Resort, chalet-like Nomanomori offers quaint Western rooms with a wooden floor. It features a garden with a terrace, free Wi-Fi at the lobby and a cosy lounge with a fireplace. Breakfast features home-made breads. Guests at the charming Nomanomori can go hiking, skiing or golfing in the area. The lodge offers ski storage facilities and free parking. Nomanomori is centrally located in the Tateshina area, which is popular as a summer retreat as well as for skiing. It’s a 15-minute drive from Mount Yatsugatake, and a 30-minute drive from both JR Chino Train Station and the Suwa exit of the Chuo Expressway. Tokyo is a 4-hour highway-bus ride. Featuring nature views, some paintings and dim lighting, rooms come with an LCD TV, a radio and toiletries. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. Yukata robes and complimentary green tea are provided. Hotel Nomanomori serves a daily breakfast featuring freshly baked bread, while for dinner it offers Western-Japanese fusion dishes with local ingredients. In the evening, guests can enjoy drinks at the bar.
