Maximum occupancy: 4 persons (including children). One bedroom can accommodate 3 single futon beds, and the other can accommodate 1 single futon bed and 1 double futon bed.
The property will e-mail additional information after the booking, including travel directions. Please bring a copy of this additional information and a passport copy at time of check-in.
Please contact the property upon arrival at Kyoto to arrange a meeting time. (Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.) A staff member will meet you at the townhouse to hand over the key, collect payment and give a tour of the townhouse. A passport check will also be conducted. At check-out, guests will leave the key in the mailbox.
Credit card will be used for guarantee purposes only. When settling the bill, the hotel will accept cash only (in Japanese Yen). The full amount of the reservation must be paid at check-in. A security deposit of JPY 30000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
