Located 2 km outside Lisciano Niccone, Country House Marilena La Casella has a quiet location in the Niccone Valley. Its large garden features a swimming pool, BBQ and children's playground. Marilena La Casella is set at an altitude of 400 metres. It has private vineyards, breeds sheep and produces its own wine, jam and olive oil. The restaurant is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It serves homemade specialities and traditional Umbrian dishes. Meals can be served out on the terrace in warm weather. Cooking lessons are organised on request. The swimming pool is surrounded by olive groves and woods. Open from May until October, it includes free sun loungers and parasols. There are also plenty of tables and chairs in the garden, as well as a five-a-side football pitch. The property is best reached by car and provides free parking. It is on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, just 20 minutes' drive from Lake Trasimeno.
