The swimming pool area has deck chairs and sun lounges, outdoor shower, changing room and WC. The Villa is very comfortable and cosy with lovely furnishings. Very old manor house "La Biquette", built in 1700. 25 km from the centre of Cortona, 25 km from the centre of Lago Trasimeno, in a quiet position on top of a hill. Private: garden 3'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 80 - 250 cm, 21.05.-24.09.). Outside shower, garden furniture, fireplace, children's playground.
