A cozy spot in an old renovated farmhouse situated in the hills in a beautiful part of Tuscany. conveniently close to all the beautiful towns. not far from the sea. 45 minutes from the airport. near the village but really outside in the countryside. Here you can spend your time lazing around somewhere in a quiet corner of the garden and by the time you re bored. there is always something to do. Walking enthusiasts can step on exciting hiking trails on the Montalbano hills. and all the surrounding villages have a small museum. church or monastery. which is worth a visit. and where you re often the only guest!In the summer months there are also many local festivals where good food is central. every village has its specialty. and they are all worth while.There will be wonderfully cooked dinnerparties once a week for our guests and fans amongst you may want to learn the Tuscan kitchen. ofcourse we use our own abundant IGP extra virgin olive oil. Leonardo da Vinci was born only a few chilometers from the house and he spent his childhood here. the surrounding landscape was the inspiration for many of his work.From Empoli. only 15 minutes drive away. there are good regular train connections to major cities like Florence. Pisa and Siena.
