The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that heating is not included in the price. Costs are EUR 5,50 per m3.

- Local tax is also not included, costs are EUR 1,50 per person per day.

- Please contact the Keyholder 1 week before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
