Holiday home Fienile is a renovated old farmhouse, situated 5 km from Firenze, on top of a hill, in the countryside. It is a typical tuscan stone hayloft surrounded by a garden with view of the countryside. This is a 2-room house on the ground floor. There is a large living/dining room with panoramic window with 1 sofa bed, TV and DVD, with exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. Kitchenette is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher and with dining table. There is a furnished garden with BBQ possibilities. Parking by the house. Wireless Internet connection is included in the price. Room cleaning is possible on request (extra). Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, railway station "Santa Maria Novella" 5 km away. Tennis 2 km. 65 km from the centre of Siena, 85 km from the centre of Lucca. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
