It is situated in the middle of the green, hilly countryside of Mugello, on the slope of Futa Pass. The property comprises: an old barn, converted into 2 apartments, an old henhouse and an old country house divided into 8 apartments, some of them with stone walls and all of them with outdoor area or garden.
