The property comprises: an old barn, converted into 2 apartments, an old henhouse and an old country house divided into 8 apartments, some of them with stone walls and all of them with outdoor area or garden. The apartments were furnished without losing the original rustic style (e.g. exposed beams, arcs and wooden window frames). The most attractive places of Tuscany can easily be reached: Lake Bilancino (7 km), offers good water quality, many beaches and numerous kinds of water sports such as canoeing, sailing and windsurfing. The Mugello Circuit is 15 km away. The Barberino Designer Outlet is 14 km away.
