The accommodation is located 13 km from the centre of Pontassieve, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside. The following facilities are for shared use: grounds 33 ha, garden, swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 160 cm, 12.05.-22.09.) with built-in steps, outside shower, barbecue. Furthermore, you have a private terrace including garden furniture. The house includes central heating, and washing machine (for shared use). You can access the house by motor, and it is possible to park your car by the house. The following facilities are in the surrounding: shop 5 km, restaurant 7 km, railway station "Pontassieve" 13 km.
