For shared use: grounds 33 ha, garden, swimming pool fenced (6 x 12 m, depth 130 - 160 cm, 12.05.-22.09.) with built-in steps. Outside shower, barbecue. Private: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating, washing machine (for shared use). Linen change weekly. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house (2 km via unmade road). Apartment Certina is situated 13 km from the centre of Pontassieve, 30 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside.
