This is one bedrooms apartment of 40 m2 on the ground floor, simple and rustic furnished, 1 km from Ambra. Central position on the edge of the Chianti hills, ideal for trips. Old farmhouse "Il Gelso", renovated, surrounded by fields. 35 km from the centre of Siena, Arezzo, 60 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet position, in the countryside. In the living/dining room there is 1 sofa bed and TV. In the kitchenette there is a oven.The other half of the house, with separate entrance, is occupied by the owners. For shared use with the owner is the garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 27.05.-30.09.), garden furniture and a barbecue. Motor access (100 m via unmade road), there is also a covered parking by the house. In the area you will find grocers 1 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Bucine" 6 km, thermal baths 20 km.
