This is a two bedrooms apartment of 70 m2 on 1st floor, simple and rustic furnished, 1 km from Ambra. Central position on the edge of the Chianti hills, ideal for trips. Old farmhouse "Il Gelso", renovated, surrounded by fields. 35 km from the centre of Siena, Arezzo, 60 km from the centre of Firenze, in a quiet position, in the countryside. In the living/dining room there is 1 sofa bed and TV. In the kitchenette there is a oven.The other half of the house, with separate entrance, is occupied by the owners. For shared use with the owner is the garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 27.05.-30.09.), garden furniture and a barbecue. Motor access (100 m via unmade road), there is also a covered parking by the house.
