Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- The electricity fee is included in the rental price.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 8 EUR p.p./change.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 7.50 EUR p.p./change.

- For using the washing machine will be 5 EUR/wash charged.
- For using the tumble dryer will be 2 EUR/wash charged.
