Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 750 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-Kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
Please also note that:
-bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own (cost: 6 EUR and 2 EUR p.p./Stay respectively).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,40 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,92 EUR/Liter).
-the water fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 6 EUR/night).
-the environment fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 1,50 EUR /Garbage bag).
-pets are allowed (max. 3) for an additional cost of 4 EUR/Pet/Night (Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival)
-the use of sauna cost is 2 EUR/hour.
