Bed linen and towel rental is available at the following additional costs:
- single bed: EUR 10
- double bed: EUR 12
- towel: EUR 10 per person per stay.

Please note that a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

If you plan on arriving after 18:00, please notify the property in advance. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Nexity, 80 rue Helbronner, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Please inform Champraz 2- le Grand Balcon in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 700 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
