Linen and towel rental is available on site. The following extra fees apply:
- Bed linen costs EUR 10 for a single bed and EUR 12 for a double bed
- Towels cost EUR 10 per person per stay

A EUR 85 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.

Key collection will be made at the address stated on the booking confirmation, between 15:00 and 18:00. If you plan to arrive after 18:00, please contact the property in advance.

Please note that the damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card. The amount will be released by the guest’s bank after check-out. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Nexity, 80 rue Helbronner, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Champraz 1- Jardin in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 600 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
