This is a three bedrooms villa of 100 m2, on the ground floor with a large terrace surrounded by trees , a private swimming pool, terrace furniture, electric barbecue and deck chairs. In the living/dining room there is the dining corner and TV with french channels , in the large kitchen there are 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine. As facilities there is a washing machine and a reserved parking by the house. The house is at 500 m from the center, on top of a hill, 1.2 km from the beach.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.
The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (Visa or Mastercard) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
Please note that the compulsory service charge is the final cleaning.
Bed linen (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 72 euros
Bath towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 30 euros
The office remains closed on Sunday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time.. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
