This is one bedroom studio of 48 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor, south-east facing position, with a balcony and terrace furniture, with a partial view of the sea and the resort. The small kitchen has a oven and ceramic glass hob, on the upper floor there is a gallery, open, with sloping ceilings with curtain, without window with 1 bed. The house has a washing machine and a reserved parking space , there is a TV with only FR and the apartment has no lift. On the outskirts, 1.5 km from the centre of Le Lavandou, on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. In the area there are shops 1 km, restaurants 1.2 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 1.5 km. Miniature golf 1.5 km.The car is essential. Access via a steep, narrow road.

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.
The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
Please note that the compulsory service charge is the final cleaning.
Bed linen (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 48 euros per person.
Bath towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 20 euros per person.
The office remains closed on Sunday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time.. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
