This 4-room villa is 150 m2 on 2 levels, with practical and modern furnishings. It is built in 2012 and it is surrounded by trees. It is located on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of La Ciotat, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. It has a large living/dining room with panoramic window south facing position with dining table and flat screen TV, DVD. It exists to the terrace and to the swimming pool. Its open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer and electric coffee machine. Bath-room, sep. WC, floor heating and cooling, washing machine and wireless internet are provided. Guests can enjoy the terrace 120 m2 with furniture, electric barbecue and deck chairs (6). There is a parking place for 3 cars. There are natural state grounds 2800 m2, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, 15.04.-15.10.) with roller cover and pool-Cleaning system with Salt-Electrolysis. Supermarket is in 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bakers 2 km, café 2 km, pebble beach "Plage de saint Jean" 4 km. Sports harbour 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 14 km, tennis 650 m. There are also hiking paths: Les Calanques de La Ciotat, de Marseille, Porquerolles. Please note that a car is essential.

For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
The office remains closed on Sunday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time.. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Saint Cyr Sur Mer, 10 km.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 770 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages.
