"VILLA CEYRESTE", 4-room terraced house 140 m2, on the upper floor, practical furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table, digital TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath-room, bidet, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Reserved parking (fenced) by the house. Please note: TV only FR. FR.

Důležité informace

The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email. The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of 1000 euros will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of 60 euros
- Towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 36 euros
- The price of extra beds/children cots is an additional cost per week.
- The price for internet is an additional cost per week
