Do you dream of enjoying the French Riviéra at only a few kilometres from the lively Croisette and its fabulous sandy beach and the famous Palais des Festivals ? Or will you get seduced by a walk in the picturesque Le Suquet area or the residential California .This pretty detached villa was built in typical local style in 2007. Its finishing is luxurious with all amenities. Besides the roofed terrace there are several nice places to relax. which of course are all equipped with comfortable furniture. Not going to one of the many atmospheric restaurants for one night? In the fully equipped kitchen the delicious and fresh produce you bought on the market in the morning can be brought to tasty use. Because after a refreshing dip in the private pool it is great to stay home for a night and leave the diverse local nightlife to others for once. A motor vehicle is handy but if you want to go exploring in a different way. the possibilities are numerous. How about a traffic jam-free boat trip (45 minutes) to St. Tropez or a train journey to Monaco?
