This house was built in 2007 and is situated above Cannes, in the residential district of Croix des Gardes, 6 km from the centre and 2.5 km from the sea and the sandy beach. There is a private garden of 650 m2 with a barbecue and an outdoor swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 200 cm, opened from 01.06 to 30.09. In this house with two levels you will find facilities like an American fridge/freezer, satellite-TV, DVD, air conditioning, internet (DSL/LAN), a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. The living/dining room has exit to the terrace of 70 m2 with terrace furniture and deck chairs. There is also a terrace of 30 m2. Reserved parking is available on site for two cars. Please note that the television is only in EN, NL. The bus stop is in 400 m and within 1.2 km you can find several shops, restaurants and a supermarket. The golf course is 6 km away from the accommodation. Please note that a car is essential.
