Hotel byl původně tři vodní mlýny běh po modré na jaře. Oni sahají až do 11. a 15. století. K dispozici je 12 místností různých velikostí, kompletní s vanou. K dispozici je také restaurace s názvem "La Source Enchantee", který se nachází vedle hotelu v přestavěném stodola s jeho původní trámy. Máš krásné procházky v okolí hotelu a speciálně Saint Jacques de Compostelle cestu.
