This lovely "gîte" makes part of a private estate and is located on a plateau of 4 medieval villages. This original French house originates from the 17th century and appears to melt into the green natural surroundings. The first walls date from the year 1612. The original building has undergone a number of modernizations in recent years, while retaining the authenticity. At this gite there is a swimming pool with a terrace shared with other guests. Sun worshippers will enjoy the far views in privacy. This region offers the ideal combination of landscape, culture, mild climate and regional cuisine. In addition to the many picturesque villages and wine tastings, there are a number of options in the region such as walking, cycling, horseback riding, fishing and canoeing. On a natural history area there are the traditional houses of Quercy for visiting, the medieval towns of Rocamadour and nearby there is the Périgord, where it is said that there are a thousand and one castles. Do not forget to visit the markets, flea markets and summer festivals.
