Terrace furniture. View of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Private: grounds 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 11 m, depth 80 - 200 cm, 01.06.-30.09.) with built-in steps. The swimming pool is situated 30 m down from the house and can be reached via a steep path. Barbecue, parking in the grounds. Is built in an elevated position, 45 km from the sea. Shop 10 km, grocers 4 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 10 km. Please note: car is essential. Bike hire is possible. Access to the house is via a 100 m long, uneven path.
