Heating, air-conditioning. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 - 210 cm with 1 double bed. Terrace 30 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars). Please note: access to one of the double bedrooms is through the bathroom. Holiday Home Maison 6 is located 45 km from the sea. It has private grounds 3'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (6 x 11 m, 01.04.-31.10.). On request, the swimming pool can be heated in low season (depending on the weather), supplement according to energy use (approx. 100 euros to be paid for on site). Shop 10 km, grocers 4 km, restaurant 10 km. Please note: car essential. The keyholder lives in the lower part of the house, with a separate entrance.
