This 2-room apartment 36 m2 is on 4th floor, south facing position which offers a nice panoramic view of the sea, the port and lagoon and reserved parking. It is suitable for up to four people. The living/dining room with sloping ceilings has a panoramic window south facing position with one double sofa bed, dining corner and flat screen TV. An exit to the terrace with terrace furniture, south facing position. One room, north facing position, window onto the courtyard with one french bed. The kitchen in the entrance is equipped with 4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer and electric coffee machine. There is a bath-room and separate toilet. Shop, grocers, restaurant, bakers, café 50 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, diving center 200 m. Marina 50 m, 9-hole golf course 1 km.
