Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 10 EUR p.p./change.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 5,50 EUR p.p./change.
- Guests needs to bring their own kitchen linen .

- Electricity and water fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 40 EUR/stay. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
