- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- A package of bed linen and bath towels is available to rest for an additional cost of 12 EUR p.p/stay
- Kitchen linen is not available at the property. The guests can bring their own.

- Electricity, water, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you for an additional cost of 30 EUR/stay. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
